How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location: UK & EU orders usually take 5–10 business days, US orders 7–14 business days, and international orders 10–20 business days. Every order comes with tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order has shipped, you’ll also get a tracking link so you can check the status at any time.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible (within 12 hours) at info@happypethub.store. We can usually update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Some items, such as grooming tools or opened consumables, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For more details, see our Return Policy page.
Do you cover customs and import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs office for guidance before placing an order.
