At HappyPetHub, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your purchases.

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take an additional one to two business days.

Delivery times depend on the supplier’s warehouse location and your shipping address. Typical delivery estimates are five to ten business days for the United Kingdom and European Union, seven to fourteen business days for the United States, and ten to twenty business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates only, and delivery may take longer due to factors such as customs clearance, courier delays, or seasonal demand.

For orders within the UK and EU, standard shipping is charged at £3.95 on orders under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping. In some cases, express delivery may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
