🐾 Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted suppliers in the UK, EU, and internationally. Depending on the product, your order may ship from a local warehouse or an international partner.


🐾 Why did I only receive part of my order?

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Each package will have its own tracking details.


🐾 How long will my order take to arrive?

UK: 5–10 business days

EU: 7–14 business days

US & Canada: 7–14 business days

Australia & NZ: 10–20 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days

🐾 Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


🐾 What is your return policy?

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under UK and EU law. We also offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must contact us before returning. Some items, such as personalised products, opened consumables, or grooming tools, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.


🐾 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@happypethub.store within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
