Returns & Refunds Policy
At HappyPetHub, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.
If you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. Once notified, you then have another 14 days to return the goods to us. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included. Sale or discounted items may also be returned, although refunds may vary depending on the promotion.
Some items are non-returnable. These include gift cards, downloadable digital products, personalised or custom-made items, and clearance or final sale products.
To request a return or cancellation, please email us at info@happypethub.store with your order number and details. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order. For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
